Massage

Massage is probably one of the oldest types of physical treatments and has been used in all cultures around the world. It's very beneficial for pains of muscular origin and for the majority of complaints in the soft parts of our locomotive system.
 Massage is also extremely powerful for relaxation, and as an anti-stress treatment. It consists of manual stimulation of muscles, skin, nerve system and circulation.
